Our Fees
Our fee's are reasonable and fair. For over 10 years we have represented people in uncontested dissolutions for a flat fee of $700, without children, and $900 with children. In addition to the attorney fee's there is a court filing fee of $250 that the county charges. There is also a $100 fee for a mandatory parenting class for those who have children.
Our attorney fee's continue to be between $250 - $300 per hour.
The time involved in probate is largely preformed by our legal assistants who charge $95 per hour.
